A perhaps-useful DBT-oriented quiz to help you name your emotions. The “advice” part of the results focuses on changing emotion, so remember, too, to try to accept whatever it that you are feeling. Emotional life needs it’s own kind of attention. Whether we choose to follow action urges is a different matter.
